Help me CCP you are my only hope

For some reason I can't seem to transfer my character. I have entered in a petition to get this fixed a couple of days ago, but after 48 hours no response yet. Unfortunately this is interfering with my attempt to cash Toterra in for PLEX for good. I am going to refund the nice guy who paid 27 billion for Toterra. Hopefully someone from CCP sees this and comes up with a solution.

    Is this account by any chance a ccp media one? I could be wrong but I think they're locked for transfers.
    Hopefully able to answer it soon :)

    I am pretty sure that is the case. Hopefully they can work something out so I can transfer it.

    Looks like a GM can work some magic and make this happen :). Hopefully before the deadline. I really appreciate what CCP is doing with the PLEX for good and think it is a wonderful program.
